Shopping online can sometimes bring questions and concerns. We know this and to make it easier for you, we have therefore collected the most common questions we receive from our customers. Here you can find answers to everything from delivery times to how to best take care of your products. If you still cannot find the answer to your question, do not hesitate to contact us. We use Postnord as our supplier and ship your order within 1-3 business days .
We will ship your order the same weekday you placed your order before 12:00 otherwise it will be shipped the following day. If your order is placed on a weekend, it will be shipped the next weekday, e.g. Monday, but on public holidays the next weekday,
delivery time 1-5 working days
On orders up to 499 SEK, a shipping cost of 49 SEK will be added (Applies to delivery within Sweden, Denmark, Finland & Norway)

Free shipping on purchases over SEK 499 only applies to deliveries within Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.

We offer refunds on all products except:

As a customer, you pay the shipping for your return yourself.
Your order was not picked up on time and has therefore been returned to us.
According to the current terms and conditions of purchase for uncollected packages that you approved when you placed your order, you will be charged a fee corresponding to your order value, but not more than SEK 195 to cover our handling costs.
Your refund or any adjustment to the invoice will be handled by Klarna.
In the package that you return, we ask you to enclose a note stating your order number along with a brief description of the reason for the return (e.g. that you wish to change the size or do not want to keep the item(s).

We work hard to deliver socks of the highest possible quality. However, the lifespan may vary depending on care and maintenance.
We recommend that all our socks be washed at 40° C.
Avoid bleaching and ironing. DO NOT tumble dry!
Before using your new socks, carefully cut the thread of the label instead of pulling it off. This way you avoid damaging the socks.
