Shopping online can sometimes bring questions and concerns. We know this, and to make it easier for you, we have therefore collected the most common questions we receive from our customers. Here you can find answers to everything from delivery times to how best to take care of your products. Should you still not find the answer to your question, do not hesitate to contact us. We use Postnord as a supplier and send your order within 1-3 working days .
On orders up to 299 :-, a shipping cost of 49:- is added

If the goods in the shopping basket exceed SEK 299, you do not pay shipping. The cost is then automatically deducted at checkout.

Yes, we do, but other shipping rates apply.

Free shipping to other parts of the world (outside Sweden, Denmark, Finland & Norway) only applies when your order value exceeds 1999:-

Shipping within the rest of Europe - 79:-
To get free shipping, your order must exceed SEK 299

We offer refunds on all products except:

Underwear - Panties / Hipster / Underpants / Boxer / T-shirt / Swimwear
As a customer, you pay the shipping for your return yourself.

In the package that you are returning, you must attach a note where your order number appears together with a brief description of the reason for the return (e.g. that you wish to change the size or do not want to keep the item(s).

NOTE - Returns are sent as a letter to a mailbox - not to an agent.

We work hard to deliver socks of the highest possible quality. However, the lifespan can vary depending on care and maintenance.

We recommend that all our socks be washed at 40° C.

Avoid bleaching and ironing. Do not tumble dry.

Before wearing your new socks, carefully cut the thread of the tag instead of pulling it off. In this way, you avoid accidentally damaging the socks.
