The vacuum cleaner, also called P unsch- or arrack roll, is a small oblong pastry with a casing of marzipan. The marzipan is traditionally colored green and the ends dipped in dark chocolate.
The pastry's design is reminiscent of the tube-shaped vacuum cleaners that were common in Swedish homes from the 1920s and several decades later.
