Which was compiled by the home economics teacher Jenny Åkerström. Åkerström taught girls at Östermalm in Stockholm and had, among others, the four princesses, daughters of Prince Carl, and Princess Ingeborg of Denmark

In the book, the cake is called green cake, but it was later named princess cake.
