...which together with sausage and mashed potatoes is said to have been invented in the mid-1960s by Elov "Loffe" Bråtfors when he ran Loffes Grill in Stuvsta. In the original version, it is said to have had Boston gherkins as the only side dish in addition to mustard and ketchup.
